Nose: Intense and complex nose of brioche, nut, and pineapple, together with lime blossom and quince aromas.
Palate: Light but full bodied, rich, remarkable length in the mouth.
Food & wine pairing: Ideally served at 10°/12°C with fish stew and other seafood with cream sauce, poultry, mushroom soup or risotto… Also excellent with hard cow cheeses.
Cellaring: In the first five years you will enjoy its fruit, toasted aromas and crispy texture which will then turn into more matured fruit, buttery flavours and a rich texture
Château Martinolles Limoux Rouge Le Garriguet

Color: Dark purple.
Nose: Elegant and complex with notes of black fruits and toasted spice aromas.
Palate: Well-balanced, round, silky with soft tannins and a complex intensity on the finish.
Food & wine pairing: Best served at 15/17°C with red meat, game, terrines; also delightful with a full cold meat and cheese board.

Food & wine pairing: Served at 6 to 8 °C, this Crémant de Limoux is delicious before lunch and dinner but will be also great with fishes for a very refined meal…
Cellaring: 4 to 5 years maintaining its original organoleptic profile. Beyond the wine gives a powerful nose with toasted notes.

Color: Pink with raspberry tints with a delicate thread of fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Pure elegance of fruit and floral aromas simultaneously. The aromas of honeysuckle blend delicately with notes of peach and apricot from Roussillon.
Palate: Silky wine, lifted by a delightful effervescence, with a lively hit of grapefruit and blood orange flavours.
Food & wine pairing: Served between 6 and 8 ° C, this Crémant is great as an aperitif, but will also be superb with sushi, smoked salmon, tuna tartare, fresh
goat cheese, parma ham or any fish for a meal with finesse.
